Xbox Series S Review: The Xbox For Most People?

The Xbox Series S is the smallest Xbox Microsoft has ever made. Is it the one that most people should buy, or should you consider buying an Xbox Series X instead?

  1. I’ve had the Series S since launch day and I couldn’t be happier. I have neither a 4k TV nor a 4k monitor, so I’m just happy playing this way. Whenever I decide to upgrade, we’ll see; but for now: chef’s kiss.

  2. I still rather replace batteries than replace a whole controller. I will say Microsoft should’ve added the rechargeable batteries and cable. Matching my x box series x with a computer monitor is the way to go

    1. That my experience with my ps4 now. Dropping another chunk of money for another controller is ehh. My series s, just bought some rechargeable and I am good to go.

    1. Oh man! It makes my day, if not my week when I see comments like this. The MysticalPrime days were good times, thank you for sticking by all this time 🙂

    2. @Terren Rule No doubt. Been a fan ever since. The evolution has been beautiful to see. Keep it going! Keep up the amazing work and stay blessed!

  3. I bought a Series S back in December and I’ve been playing it almost nonstop since. I went with the PS5 initially (no regrets) but felt that I was missing the boat on Game Pass, so I took the plunge with the Series S because I was priced right and readily available. Couldn’t be happier. Game Pass practically paid for itself with Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite (not a series I usually get into), plus being able to dabble in games that I wouldn’t have bought otherwise, such as The Ascent and Artful Escape, makes it a win-win proposition.
